Sun baked climb so straight up to Charity for a dusty and fast descent. Butty renamed Mr Incredible, “pinball” due to his bouncing side to side technique.

Wildboar brook was a welcome but painful cooling to those that swam, also a temporary reprieve from the midges and horsefly’s – one had another nibble of Coley (he must taste of apples).
