Weather : Cold and very blowy. Snowing on departure from pub at midnight.
Stats : 3sheds puncture , Slim full head over bars off.
Notes :
As it is blowing a hoolie up high…we let El Pud take us to the edge.

Within minutes of attaining the AE area PTD has a terminal failure of granny ring with a bent and broken tooth. Even a master dentist can’t fix this one.
Dan appeared from nowhere…to join an early round of rusty nails courtesy of the Pud, bringing with him enchanting tales of “the recovery nurse”. We have named her “flo”.
As ever El Pud’s knowledge of this territory is superb, and we had plenty of fun without even venturing to the Southern side of the road.
Our second inflight refreshment came courtesy of PTD.
Perhaps this led to the unusually high degree of merriment in the Legh arms.
Here we were seated in the “eating bit” , a TNR first but most agreeable
All to soon the witching hour was upon us, breaking the AOE just before we succumbed to its vice like grip 🙂

The journey home was a struggle against winter’s last stand, fortunately shorter for the tythy boys than the southern dwellers.
