Route:
BL, Old Buxton Road zig zags, Walker Barn, Charity lane – reverse Narnia detour to lower Chazza, Extension, Standing Stone, Nessit Hill, St Dunstans
Conditions:
| From TNR 25-02-10 Joes Testimonial |
Mild & Clear, very wet & muddy, Chazza still mostly impassable, wet post pub
Stats:
1 lighting faff (Pete)
Numerous side slips et al on the chazza drifts
Notes:
A big crew for Joe’s last official TNR! (dispensation sought from E the D)
Classic route plan foiled by state of chazza (and likleyhood of chumby being the same)
Reverse Narnia = a lot of pushing up steps
Recouperation ride splinter group end up at Cat n Fiddle, then have to come straight back
Alcopops & whisky on Nessit – blue WKD’s the new energy drink ;-)?
Pride of Pendle or Proper Job to wash down curry in the Dunny
