Slippy near the bottom of Teggs !  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Notes: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Paul took up Ops leadership once again \ud83d\ude42 <\/p>\n<p>We got stuck in a \u201cgroundhog day\u201d type vortex of Teggs Nose footling about . But it was excellent fun. <\/p>\n<p>Paul showed us how he has knackered his knees  over the years on the viscous little up and downs that surround the top of Teggs  Nose. <\/p>\n<p>There was at least one that we all refused\u2026it being near vertical .<\/p>\n<p><a data-flickr-embed=\"true\"  href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/maccaustinsorguk\/31925468428\/in\/album-72157701877614961\/\" title=\"IMG_1897\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/farm5.staticflickr.com\/4825\/31925468428_af9feb3447_z.jpg\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" alt=\"IMG_1897\"><\/a><script async src=\"\/\/embedr.flickr.com\/assets\/client-code.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>We visited the little sheep fold \/ artisan shelter at the summit twice\u2026on the second occasion  Paul produced a wee \u201cSharpener\u201d to prepare for us for the descent. <\/p>\n<p>So , as I lose my front wheel grip in a slide near the big gate to the car park , and land with a heavy thump on my right thigh\u2026..was it the sharpener, was it the far too highly inflated tyres, was it the tyres ? or my own inability to ride . \u2026.
